To be elected to DUCKS leadership (with the exception of Student Congress representative), a person must have participated faithfully in one year of practice and competition and shall be a sophomore or higher in academic standing (i.e. must have completed at least 2 semesters of study, regardless of credits earned). III. ELECTIONS A. Elections shall be held the semester before a person is to take office, and a term of office shall commence with the beginning of fall semester or the beginning of Winter Term. Elections shall be conducted during the months of November and April for their respective semesters. B. Votes shall be cast secretly, with the President casting a vote only in the case of a tie.
