Office of Spiritual Life

As a university related to the United Methodist Church, DePauw is deeply committed to supporting the spiritual journeys of persons from all religious traditions and backgrounds. As a part of this commitment, the Center for Spiritual Life (CSL) encourages members of the campus community to explore their sources of meaning and purpose and challenges them to live intentionally in the world.

Through an array of creative opportunities, the CSL supports identity development within a particular faith tradition or spiritual conviction(s). The CSL coordinates the student religious organizations, facilitates formal and informal opportunities for interfaith and ecumenical dialogue, offers spiritual care and counseling and advocates for social justice and social responsibility.

The Center for Spiritual Life is located in Reese Hall. The Office of Spiritual Life is located in Gobin Memorial Methodist Church and Worship/Meditative spaces are located in Anderson Street Hall.
