To all students,
The DePauw University Student Handbook can be found on the DePauw Web site at this link: http://www.depauw.edu/univ/handbooks/. I strongly recommend that you visit this site and familiarize yourself with the contents of the handbook. The Student Handbook contains very useful information for students including academic policies, procedures and resources; and University policies related to alcohol and drug use, harassment, hazing, sexual misconduct, conflict between classes and extracurricular activities and much more. The Community Standards Process is explained in the Student Handbook, a process that is utilized when a student violates University policy. In addition, the Student Handbook provides information on many University resources available to students including Campus Safety, Counseling Services, Career Services and more. It is your responsibility to be informed about the University’s policies and regulations.
I hope you have a successful year and that you’ll take full advantage of the many educational, cultural, social, athletic and leadership opportunities available on campus.
Sincerely,
Cindy Babington
Interim Vice President for Student Services and Dean of Students |
