DePauw Weekly Online Form

Policy

DePauw Weekly is distributed every Wednesday morning. DePauw University offices and departments as well as recognized student organizations can submit announcements and events for the coming week to DePauw Weekly by Tuesdays at Noon. There is no guarantee a late submission will be included in the Wednesday edition. Emergency announcements or a request to send out stand alone messages will only be approved by the Associate Dean of Students.

Submissions:

  • Please submit events/announcements that are taking place within a two week time period of the DePauw Weekly date. For example, if DePauw Weekly is sent August 27, events in this edition will only be listed up to September 10. This will keep our "weekly" newsletter the most current.
  • If you would like a submission to appear more than one week, you must complete this form each week.
  • Events should be listed separately under different titles, please complete the form for each event.
  • Announcements will be listed first in the edition with events to follow in date order.

The following information will not be used in DePauw Weekly. This information will only be used for contact information to the DePauw Weekly staff.

Event Information


The following information should be included:

Date of event (Monday, September 24)
Time of event (8 - 9:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.)
Location of event (Check proper name of location)
Short summary of event (Include Web address for shorter submission information. The summary should be in paragraph form using complete sentences.)
Event contact information (if needed)

Privacy Statement

The ‘Event Information’ entered in this form will be used exclusively for the purpose of the DePauw Weekly e-newsletter and will be made available to the DePauw University Web site and other online search engines.
