Apartments & Duplexes
Our apartments and duplexes offer students the opportunity to live autonomously with a friend or friends.
By the time you become a junior, your living options at DePauw will include our University-Owned Apartments and Duplexes. These living units range in size from 4-person to 8-person units and they offer students the opportunity to live autonomously with a friend or friends.
Each living unit comes furnished (bedroom sets with XL twin beds) and common area furniture for the appropriate unit size. Campus Living does not supply kitchen/cooking ware (e.g. plates, dishes, pans, etc.).
Our apartments and duplexes are located in various neighborhoods around campus that allow for both student and community interaction.

The East Neighborhood features houses that range in size from 4-person to 8-person living units; these living units are eligible to register and host events.

The West Neighborhood is the largest of the four student neighborhoods. Within this option, students may live in an apartment-style living unit or a duplex. A number of these units are named after individuals who contributed significantly to the DePauw University community. Living units within the West Neighborhood are eligible to register and host events.
