Optional tasks

The following tasks apply to some students.

  • Are you a student in the College of Liberal Arts who is interested in getting involved in School of Music offerings? If you are interested in participating in ensembles and/or productions or enrolling in private lessons or group classes, please complete this information form.
         (Complete prior to August 14). 

  • Register your vehicle and apply for a parking permit.
          (Complete anytime prior to bringing a car to campus, including move in day on August 18. 

  • Contact Student Disability Services at 765-658-6267 to complete paperwork if you are seeking support from this office.

  •  Apply for or renew your passport. DePauw offers many opportunities for students to study abroad. First-year students are invited to submit an application for international faculty-led courses offered during Winter and May Terms. Passports issued before age 16 are valid for only 5 years, but after 16 are good for 10 years. To ensure your travel documents are up to date, it is recommend you apply for a new, or renew an existing, passport. Information on how to apply or renew is available on the U.S. Department of State.

  • Establish a checking account. PNC is the University's preferred financial institution and has an ATM in the Union Building as well as a local branch a short walk from campus. PNC offers banking tools developed especially for students and a check card designed just for DePauw students. To learn more, click here or look for PNC representatives on move in day.
