Community Living Policies
Policies, guidelines & information for university-owned residential units
Campus Living and Community Development aims to work with our residents in a model of shared governance to create a positive and inclusive community within all of our living units. The success of a residential community depends on the willingness of each resident to accept responsibility for him/herself as a member of the community. All members of the residential community are expected to help maintain a clean, safe living environment.
The following policies and procedures are designed to promote the right to privacy, an atmosphere conducive to study, the protection of personal and public property, and the respect for the needs and values of each individual. Failure to comply with University policies and procedures may result in community standards action.
The policies in the PDF below supplement the policies found in the Student Handbook.
