We are very excited to welcome you and your families when you arrive for move in day and the start of New Student Orientation on Saturday, August 20. There is a lot going on that day and many things happening around campus, so please take some time to read this important information about getting to campus and where to unload and park once you arrive. Unloading and Parking
When you arrive on campus, head straight to your residence hall. Once you get to your residence hall, there will be teams of student, staff and faculty volunteers waiting to help you and your family members unload your vehicles. While the volunteers are unloading your vehicles, students should proceed to Humbert Hall if they live in the South Quad and to Reese Hall if they live in Lucy Rowland Hall.
We ask that once your vehicle is unloaded that you move it to long-term parking. Those parking lots designated as long-term parking for Saturday are the Hanna Street, Hogate, Peeler, Olive Street and Blackstock Stadium lots.
