We hope you will visit us this summer.
DePauw will host On-Campus Information Sessions for incoming students and their parents/guardians on June 14, 15 and 18. The program for these optional sessions will be short and will not duplicate information students will receive during the orientation for new students in August. Students will have a chance to sit down in a small group with an academic advisor to discuss classes, schedules and requirements. In the afternoon, students and parents will be able to visit the student's residence hall and various campus offices and obtain a student ID and parking permit. Students will also take placement tests in modern languages. There will be three information sessions for parents that address questions about academic programs, campus life and information services and library resources.
Students are not required to attend an On-Campus Information Session. Because many of our students and families live a considerable distance from Greencastle or work full-time jobs, we want to make sure students can get the same level of support without making a trip to Greencastle. Students may contact the Registrar's Office at 765-658-4141 to talk with an academic advisor. Additionally, students will have ample time during orientation in August to get their ID and parking permit and to take placement tests.
Register for an On-Campus Information Session by June 4.
