All incoming students must complete the following by the indicated deadline.

Complete a Housing Preference Form on e-services. The housing preference form will be available the week of May 6 and is due by May 28. During the week of May 6, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the form. The email will include your username and password.

Register for an On-Campus Information Session. These sessions are completely optional, but many students and parents find them to be helpful as an introduction to life on campus. Registration closes on June 3.

Submit Course Requests on e-services. You may begin submitting course requests on May 23, and they are due by June 19. During the week of May 6, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the form. The email will include your username and password.

Complete a Student Health Record and mail it to Health Services by July 1. Failing to complete this form by the deadline will result in cancellation of classes. Visit the Wellness Center website to learn more information.

Request that your final transcript from your high school be sent to the Office of Admission by July 1. Questions can be directed to the Office of Admission at 765-658-4006.
- Purchase a laptop.
- Verify that you have health insurance that is valid in central Indiana. It is highly recommended that students carry health insurance. Evidence of insurance is required for participation in intercollegiate athletics. For information on purchasing an insurance policy, visit here.

Register your vehicle and apply for a parking permit.

Contact Student Disability Services to complete paperwork if you are seeking support from this office.

Establish a checking account. PNC is the University's preferred financial institution and has an ATM in the Union Building as well as two local branches. PNC offers banking tools developed especially for students and a check card designed just for DePauw students. To learn more, visit PNC, call 1-877-PNC-1000, or look for them at an On-Campus Information Session or on move in day during New Student Orientation.
