As we gather information about Campus Climate for faculty, staff and students of color it is important to gather as much information as possible that truly reflects the experiences of our campus community. The purpose is not to investigate past incidents, but rather provide a confidential and anonymous method for sharing both positive and negative experiences. Your decision to help us by sharing observations and experiences is sincerely appreciated. If you are reporting a bias related incident or hate crime please contact the DePauw Public Safety Office at 765-658-4261, Human Resources at 765-658-4181, or consider filing a confidential report via the “Public Safety Silent Witness” program at the following web link: http://www.depauw.edu/student/safety/silentwitness.asp
Please provide a narrative description of the event including what alarmed or conversely pleased you about the situation. We are not asking for names to be included but it is important to know the demographics of who was involved (i.e. student, faculty, staff, visitor, alumni, community member, etc…)
Please give us a general idea of when the event occurred (i.e. within the past year, more than two years ago, more than five years ago, etc…)
Please give us a general idea of where the event occurred (i.e. what building, business establishment, a residence hall, Greek living unit, in the community, etc…)
Please add any additional comments or general observations you may wish to share.
Submission of this information is anonymous. We would like however for you to share your relationship to the university. Alumni Faculty Staff Student Past Employee Community Member Parent Other
