TV Rules and Regulations

  1. No eating, drinking, or smoking in any production area.
  2. Studios and control rooms must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Studios, control rooms, and prop room must be cleared and cleaned after every production.
  4. Novice users must have training before using studio/control/remote equipment.
  5. The Avid Express must be scheduled in advance.
  6. Edit Bays may be reserved using Lab sign-up sheet located through the Labs.
  7. During high use times students may not reserve consecutive editing time blocks.
  8. All use of remote gear needs to be scheduled.
  9. It is forbidden to modify or change any PCCM equipment.
  10. All scheduling is done through the office of Director of TV Operations (d3tvoperations).
