If you are e-mailing MUST, be sure to include your name, what list you are on (D3TV, ITAP, Class, ect.), specifically what equipment you need, when you will pick it up, when you intend to bring it back, and your student ID number.
If D3TV does not have the item/equipment you wish to use, feel free to come into the station to pick up an Item Reques Form. If we feel your request is warranted, we'll purchase the items for you.
