The Bonner Scholars Program is based on the premise that young people care about others and, given the opportunity, will become actively involved in the local community. It is also based on the understanding that college students can make unique and important contributions to society.

Are you Eligible?

* You may be eligible to be a Bonner Scholar if:

* You have a demonstrated high financial need.

* A solid academic performance in high school and have gained acceptance in a participating college.

* You demonstrate responsibility and good citizenship at home, high school, church/synagogue, or in the community
