WHY STUDY OFF CAMPUS?
Off-campus study stimulates the growth of new thinking. Leaving the shelter of familiar circumstances encourages greater self-reliance and sophistication in thought and action.. The staff of the Center for International & Experiential Education are here to help students decide how a semester or more off campus fits in with their academic, personal and cultural goals, and to help students select the most appropriate off-campus program to fit their needs, interests, and budget.

Summer Off-Campus Study

Students interested in an off-campus study program for the summer are encouraged to make an appointment at the Center for International and Experiential Education. Unlike semester pursuits, there is no application process for summer studies. However, we continue to assist students with: academic advising of potential programs, application preparation, visa and passport assistance, and other predeparture details. Contact our office at ocs@depauw.edu or call extension: 4355 to set up an appointment to discuss all your summer or semester long off-campus study interests.
