The Laptop Support Service is here!

As part of the DePauw laptop program, a full-time, on-campus technician is available for diagnosing and repairing computer hardware problems for program laptops (including Dell, Mac and HP Tablet PCs).

Student's
  • Located at the Help Desk in the Student Union Building
  • Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday
    during the academic school year (August - May)

You can drop off your DePauw program laptop for hardware repairs and/or get a loaner if needed (loaners for program laptops only!). This is part of the extraordinary service and support built into the laptop program.

If you are a student with a non-program machine, you may still get repairs to your computer. The Laptop Support Service can provide Dell warranty service, Apple warranty service, and HP Tablet PC warranty. If your machine is not under warranty, the service may be able to provide repairs for an hourly fee plus parts.(NOTE: University-owned machines are supported by Information Services.)
