June 29 - July 3, 2008
DePauw University faculty members will offer intensive Theater training from June 29 - July 3 for high school students who have just completed grades 8 through 12. Each student will develop an individualized portfolio of work that includes audition monologues, movement pieces, and prepared scenes. Offerings will include voice for the actor, movement, scene study, directing, improv, and performances that will take participants into diverse settings, from the quarries of the Nature Park to the galleries of Richard E. Peeler Art Center to the DePauw Theaters. Students will offer a final performance at the end of the week.
