WGRE Athens Redux

WGRE's Fall Philanthropy, Athens Redux, has concluded. WGRE collected over $100 and also 6 used cell phones (and assorted accessories) to donate for refurbishment and redistribution to needy families. This philanthropy benefited Putnam County Family Support Services. Scroll down for a summary of events.

Events

On Air Marathon: Ran from Friday, Nov. 19 at 2pm to Sunday, Nov. 21 at 4pm
The WGRE Directors and staff again partook in the time-honored tradition of a Director Marathon. This semester, we held a 50-hour extravaganza!

WGRE Gymnasion Music Sampler
WGRE held an Olympic-style competition to add new bands to rotation. Three of them made it through the rigorous opposition to emerge as the medalists. They are in the music rotation now! Find out more about what we play on WGRE on the Music page.
