- Cache: enable cache
Remote info
- Access: FTP
- FTP host: www.depauw.edu
Host directory: Leave blank
LOGIN: userwhoever
Password: [type in password and click the "test" button to see whether you can connect]
How to FTP with Dreamweaver
You have to move the files into the folder on the web server. That is the FTP part of it. I would do this by closing any files that I am editing in dreamweaver, so that I am in the File view and then click the square-within-a square icon on the right side of the horizontal icon menu to expand to remote and local view. Then drag your files into your remote folder, or copy and paste if you prefer.
