Eleanor Price

Graduate Fellow: 2017-2018

Eleanor graduated from DePauw University in 2017 with a degree in Flute Performance and English Literature. As an Honor Scholar and active musician on campus, she completed research in medieval music, medieval French lyric poetry, and object-oriented ontology in Shakespeare. She also worked as a music theory tutor, music library assistant, and participated in music honorary society Pi Kappa Lambda and theater honorary society Alpha Psi Omega, as well as working as a Prindle Hillman Intern.

As a Graduate Fellow, she produces the podcast Examining Ethics, assists with Prindle's social media presence, The Prindle Post, and event planning. She is interested in ethical issues concerning history, aesthetics, and language, and hopes to later continue her studies in medievalism in graduate school. She teaches flute and piano lessons through DePauw's Community Music Program, and enjoys reading, hiking, and making music.
