Tennis Charting Application

Steven Pjavach

For my senior project, I developed an android application to keep track of the score and statistics of a tennis match. Traditionally, charting tennis matches was done by using paper and pencil to keep track of the different statistics. My application will make charting tennis matches much easier and allow users to obtain statistics easier than with a pencil and paper. The application will be primarily used for competitive tennis players who want to figure out which aspects of their game needs improvement. In addition, coaches will utilize the application as an aid to determining strengths and weaknesses of players. The project was written in the java programming language and utilized the android SDK toolkit. The initial project was written in eclipse and then transitioned to being written in the MIT app inventor tool.
