This project involves the design, implementation, and testing of a web-based database to log and report tickets for a start-up company's help desk. The site will allow administrators to create employee user names. Help desk employees will be able to log in and take calls from anywhere they have an Internet connection, making it versatile, eliminating the need for a dedicated office. The project will allow for different statistical reports on incoming and outstanding tickets to be made so that developers can investigate where key problems in software are.
