Global Health Short-term, Career, & Graduate School Ideas

Below are a few ideas and resources to explore for students interested in a career in Global Health

Graduate Programs

If you are interested in professional practice in the fields of public or global health, you might consider obtaining a degree such as a Master in Public Health (MPH), a Master in Health Administration (MHA), a Master in Health Care Management (MHCM), or a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH).  These programs can be expensive, but there are scholarships, merit aid, and loan forgiveness options for many programs. ASPPH has a page about paying for degrees that might be helpful.

If you are interested in continuing in research in the fields of public or global health, you might consider obtaining a degree such as a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) or a doctorate (PhD).

Here are some links to popular programs, listed alphabetically - mostly put here to give you a feel for what programs look like and what sorts of costs and financial aid options are available.

You can always check the rankings from US News & World Report to get more ideas.
