Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Athletics Hall of Fame Board of Directors meet annually to review nominations and select new inductees. Selected members will be notified by the chairperson of the Board of Directors and will be invited to attend the annual induction ceremony each fall.

If you are nominating a former player, they must have graduated at least 10 years prior for their nomination to be considered. Nominees remain on the nomination list for three years. If after three years, the nominee has not been selected, they may be re-nominated for another three year period.

Nominations must be received by December 31 annually.
