Storming the Wall:  Climate Change, Migration, & Homeland Security, a lecture by Todd Miller.

In a timely presentation of pressing issues facing humanity, Todd Miller's lecture will explore the ideas presented in his recently released book, Storming the Wall:  Climate Change, Migraiton, and Homeland Security.  The lecture invites us to consider the intersections between major crises --climate change and migration-- and how our society responds with apartheid like securitization of the homeland.  Todd Miller is an independent journalist based in Tucson, Arizona.  He is author of the widely acclained Border Patrol Nation, a text used at DePauw.  Miller is a good friend of Earlham College's Border Studies program, which Depauw warmly embraces.  #TalksAndARts  #PreOrPostDDialogue
