Gilman Scholarship Information Session

Information and application session about the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship, which supports the costs of a semester, year or summer study abroad experience. Applicants must receive a Pell Grant as part of their normal financial aid package. This session will cover the basic requirements, eligibility and application process. Learn about making the decision to attend graduate school after DePauw, how to prepare during your undergraduate career, become involved with on-campus research, preparing for the GRE, and develop a better understanding of the admissions process. We will also discuss the information you should gather at the graduate and professional school fair, and help students develop questions for the representatives  #SkillsAndFutures

Networking Etiquette

“60% of your job search should be spent on networking”, “85% of the jobs are not advertised” but are found by networking. So networking is obviously important for your job or internship search but more important is how you do it. Not sure the proper etiquette to networking, plan to attend the Hubbard Center’s Networking Etiquette session. Staff will share expectations of those in your network, how to best communicate and what to do once you have connected with a new contact.

DePauw Dialogue 4.0
