The e-Services Third-Party Access system allows students to set up and maintain accounts through which selected third parties may view designated academic records. Under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), students control all third-party access to their academic records. In setting up a Third-Party Access account and providing you with the login information, the student has authorized the release of the selected academic records to you. By clicking on the 'Continue' button, you verify that you have been granted access by a student attending DePauw Unversity to review selected academic records.
Access to records is granted only to the Third-Party Account. The Registrar's Office and other University officials may not provide you access by other means (email, phone, face-to-face conversation).
You should not transfer the account access information or distribute copies of the reports to any other party. All access attempts are, in accordance with federal and state law, logged. By continuing any further, you accept these conditions. |
