The Archives and Special Collections is currently in the process of moving from its temporary location to the newly renovated Roy O. West Library. We anticipate opening to the public on January 30, 2023. Of note, Archives and Special Collections holdings will be available to research after April 3, 2023.
Research Visit Guidelines
Researchers are strongly recommended to make an appointment at least two or more (2+) business days prior to conducting research in the Archives. Advance notice allows staff to assist in identifying and pulling requested material before arrival. Retrieval of archival material without an appointment is dependent upon staff availability. Schedule an appointment by completing this Archives and Special Collections online form.
Researchers must register at the Archives reference desk upon arrival. A registration form must be completed and photo identification presented before viewing any archival material.
Archival material will not be retrieved within the last hour of closing. Staff will gather materials thirty (30) minutes prior to closing. Upon request, archival material can be placed on hold for the duration of the research visit.
