DePauw's Seventh Shutout Ends in Scoreless Tie

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw posted its seventh shutout of the season, but wasn't able to convert on the offensive end in a 0-0, double overtime tie against visiting Kenyon. The Tigers are now 6-1-3 overall and 1-1-1 in North Coast Athletic Conference play, while the Lords are 4-4-2 overall and 0-0-2 in conference play.

Kenyon held a 7-5 advantage in shots with DePauw holding a 2-1 edge in shots on goal. Kenyon led in corners, 3-1.

DePauw's Tony Halterman recorded one save in recording his sixth individual shutout, while James Smith had two for Kenyon.

The Tigers return to action on Saturday, October 6, with a 7:30 p.m. match at Ohio Wesleyan.
