Tom O' Neil '69 Elected President of Indianapolis Hispanic Chamber Board

March 6, 2003, Greencastle, Ind. - "Tom O'Neil, a Chicago native of Mexican-Irish descent, has been elected president of the Indianapolis Hispanic Chamber of Commerce board of directors," an article in the Court and Commercial Record notes. The news brief states that "a 1969 graduate of DePauw University with a bachelor of science in economics, he received an M.B.A. in marketing from Indiana University in 1971, and has been an Indianapolis resident ever since."

O'Neil is the founder, president, CEO and majority owner of OfficeWorks Inc. and serves as vice president on the executive committee of the National Dealer Alliance, an office furniture trade association. Prior to founding OfficeWorks in 1984, O'Neil worked with the F.C. Tucker Company as a commercial real estate broker and spent 11 years in sales and management with Xerox Corporation.
