Indianapolis Star Writes of Monon Bell's DirecTV Deal

July 21, 2004, Greencastle, Ind. - "The football game between Wabash College and DePauw University will be broadcast nationwide on DirecTV (channel 321) at 1 p.m. Nov. 13, and WHMB (Channel 40) will broadcast the Monon Bell Classic in Central Indiana," notes today's Indianapolis Star. It adds, "There are several players with local ties expected to return to each team ... Former Bishop Chatard player Joseph DiSalvo had 24 tackles, 3 1/2 for losses, as a defensive lineman for DePauw last season, and Kyle McGrath, another Cathedral graduate, had seven catches for 60 yards and a touchdown. The teams played for the first time in 1890 and have met every year since 1911. Wabash has the edge in the a 51-50-9 series."
