Kansas City Star Notes DePauw's "Most Connected Campus" Ranking

Most Connected 2004.gifOctober 26, 2004, Greencastle, Ind. - The list of America's 25 "Most Connected Colleges," compiled by the Princeton Review and posted on Forbes.com, "was led by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York," notes a news item in today's Kansas City Star. "Also in the top five were Bryant University, DePauw University, Temple University and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill."

The newspaper adds, "Criteria for the rankings included: number of school-owned computers available, breadth of the computer science curriculum, the sophistication of campus technology, availability of school-owned digital cameras and equipment for student use, wireless Internet access on campus, and support for handheld computing."
