Rob Lohman '94 Authors The Momentum Journey
October 12, 2005October 12, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - "Philosopher Lao Tzu said, 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step' -- as does the journey to finding a career as presented by Rob Lohman in his book The Momentum Journey: Breakdown at Exit 63," begins an article in the Summit Daily News of Frisco, Colorado. The newspaper reports on an upcoming book signing by the author, a 1994 graduate of DePauw University. Lohman's book "acts as a sort of self-help book for those struggling with career direction, finding one's passions is all about exploration and self-discovery," Jennifer Harper writes.
"Lohman's 160 pages tells his own tale from birth to high school to college to his turns at the crossroads of life, which included moving to Vail to 'find himself' after graduating from DePauw University in Indiana in 1994," the story notes. "He interviews 11 people in the book about their career paths, success habits, being passionate about life and what they do for a living and their advice for others. The end of each chapter includes a 'Reflections Page' for readers to record thoughts about their own life's journey and what the section may have meant to them."Back
