Monon 2005 Aerial.jpgNovember 18, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - "Craig Burroughs attended Saturday's Monon Bell game in Greencastle, Ind., finishing a task he believes is the first of its kind," writes Jeff Rabjohns in today's Indianapolis Star. "DePauw became the 766th varsity college football team the retired railroad executive from Chicago has seen play in person... He said his journey began in earnest 17 years ago and he's seen 906 college football games involving 837 schools, including junior colleges and prep schools."

The 63-year-old Burroughs tells the newspaper he will write a book on his experience. "I've seen every currently playing college football team in North America. I don't know anybody walking the face of the earth that has done this. Very few people have the desire to do it."
