January 4, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - School Calendar Reform: Learning in All Seasons -- co-authored by Charles E. Ballinger, a 1957 graduate of DePauw University and Carolyn Kneese -- has been published by Rowman & Littlefield Education. "There is a multiplicity of efforts to reform and restructure K-12 education," states a synopsis of the text.
