Ed Schultz '87 Joins Dreier Stein & Kahan LLP as Partner

Schultz, a 1987 graduate of DePauw University, has joined Dreier Stein & Kahan LLP as partner and will practice in the firm's transactional department. Schultz is one of four attorneys moving to Dreier Stein & Kahan from Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil & Shapiro, LLP.

An announcement at Yahoo! Finance states, "Schultz, who has represented clients from emerging companies to multinationals in mergerEast College Yellow Leaves.gifs and acquisitions as well as securities and financing transactions, will continue to provide counsel in corporate and securities law." The Hollywood Reporter notes that Schultz "has negotiated deals on behalf of MGM and Kirk Kerkorian's Tracinda Corp."
