DePauw's Four-Game Win Streak Comes to End

October 5, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - Visiting Birmingham-Southern scored once in each half on the way to a 2-0 win over DePauw. The Tigers dropped to 7-2-1 as their four-game win streak came to an end, while the Panthers improved to 5-6.

Gino Cozzolino scored early in the first half on an assist from Denis Brunotte, while Norman Baer added a second-half score. Joe Nasco recorded the shutout in goal for Birmingham-Southern, while John Fenley recorded four saves for the Tigers.

The Panthers outshot the Tigers 13-3, while DePauw led in corners, 4-3.

DePauw hosts Millsaps at 2 p.m. on Sunday, while the Panthers travel to Centre.
