Tigers Post Second Straight Shutout

October 12, 2007, Atlanta, Ga. - . DePauw improved to 4-9 overall and 2-2 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and recorded its second straight shutout in a 4-0 win at Oglethorpe.

The Tigers scored all four goals in the second half as Stephanie Patton scored the first two at 47:14 and 54:01, respectively. Sarah Hile assisted on the first and Katy Phillips on the other. Phillips then made it 3-0 at 62:33 and Laura Kissinger rounded out the scoring at 72:15.

DePauw outshot  the Petrels 23-4 and held a 10-0 edge in corner kicks. Brooke Shipley and Lauren Palfrey each recorded one save in goal for the shutout, while Sarah Nania totaled seven saves for Oglethorpe.

The Tigers travel to Sewanee on Sunday.
