November 16, 2007, North Manchester, Ind. - Brian Oilar led DePauw with 19 points, while Ryan Werntz, Stephen Schott and Steve Lemasters each added 15 in the 89-66 win over Illinois Tech at the Manchester College Bankers' Classic Tournament. The Scarlet Hawks dropped to 2-4 with the loss.

The Tigers jumped out to a 28-4 lead with 21 straight points and never looked back on the way to a 45-26 halftime lead. DePauw shot 50 percent for the game including 53 percent in the first half.

Rob Knapczyk led Illinois Tech with 24 points followed by Carlos Fernandez with 13 and Matt McKinley and Wes Klockowski with 10 apiece.

Mike Moore dished out 10 assists for the Tigers, while Schott grabbed a game-high nine rebounds and Oilar added seven. Both Werntz and Lemasters knocked down all five of their thre-point attempts.

Illinois Tech held a 36-30 edge on the boards with Knapczyk leading the way with seven.

DePauw takes on Manchester at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
