Senior Eric Hauck Receives Walker Cup

May 11, 1996, Greencastle, Ind. - The 1996 Walker Cup recipient is Eric R. Hauck. The Walker Cup recognizes the senior student judged to have contributed the most to the University during his or her four-year college career. The award was presented by DePauw University President Robert G. Bottoms (seen with Hauck in the accompanying photo).

Hauck and more than 440 fellow members of his Class of 1996 will graduate on May 18. The commencement address will be delivered by Cornel West, author and professor of religion and African-American studies at Harvard University.
