March 17, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - "We're honored to be recognized two years in a row for providing outstanding service to our clients," says Jim Weddle, managing partner of Edward Jones and 1975 graduate of DePauw University. For the second consecutive year, the global financial services firm led by Weddle is the highest-ranking brokerage firm on Business Week's annual ranking of "Customer Service Champs."
"What is even more gratifying is that this recognition is a direct reflection of how our clients view Edward Jones," adds Weddle. "They are the true judges of our service."
An item in California's Fallbrook Village News adds, "Edward Jones ranked No. 8 among 25 national and international companies, according to the magazine's March 3 edition."
