Bob Ebe '73 Joins Nixon Peabody LLP as Partner

Bob Ebe.jpgApril 16, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Robert L. Ebe, a 1973 graduate of DePauw University, has joined Nixon Peabody LLP as a partner in the firm's business litigation practice. Ebe joins Nixon Peabody from Bingham McCutchen, where he was a partner and West Coast leader of the firm's distribution and franchise group.

"Our California offices continue to handle more and more complex litigation," states Paul Schrier, managing partner of Nixon Peabody's San Francisco office. "Bob's experience and skills as a potent litigator enhance our ability to provide superior service to our clients."

An announcement notes, "Ebe has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including antitrust, trade Campus Spring Hub 2004.JPGregulation, and contract and business tort disputes in state and federal courts and in front of agencies and other tribunals.
