May 28, 2008

May 28, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Four members of the DePauw University School of Music faculty -- Barbara Paré, John Clodfelter '94, Allison Edberg and Eric Edberg -- will perform "Soothing Songs for a Summer Evening" tonight at Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church. The program, presented as part of the Greencastle Summer Classical Music Festival, "includes works by Seymour Barab, Leonard Bernstein, Donald Waxman, and Andre Previn," notes today's Banner-Graphic.

"It's a delightful program of some of the most accessible works by American composers," Eric Edberg, the series director, tells the Musical Note.jpgnewspaper.
