Mary Meeker '81 Among Speakers at This Week's 'Web 2.0 Summit'

November 3, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Mary Meeker, managing director of Morgan Stanley and 1981 graduate of DePauw University, will be among the speakers at 2008 Web 2.0 Summit, which will take place November 5-7 in San Francisco. Other presenters will include Al Gore, Lance Armstrong and Edgar Bronfman.

The event "brings the intelligence, innovation, and leadership of the Internet industry together in one place at one time," notes its Web site. It will include a "Web Meets World" auction, which will benefit three charity asbury hall.jpgorganizations -- the Lance Armstrong Foundation, WITNESS and Green For All.
