The 15-5 Tigers have won 10 of their last 11 after opening the season at 5-4. DePauw totaled 43 points in the poll which is topped by 19-0 St. Thomas (Minn.) with  18 first-place votes and 618 total points. Washington-St. Louis picked up the other seven first-place votes and totaled 607 points.

Among DePauw's 15 wins this season are a January 4 victory over then 18th-ranked Centre and last Friday's victory over eighth-ranked Trinity.

The Tigers have received votes in each of the last two polls, but this is their first appearance in the top 25 since they were ranked 22nd in February during the 2006-07 regular season.

Since the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll began in 1999-2000, DePauw has at least earned votes in 61 of the 149 polls and has been ranked in the top 25 a total of 26 times.

DePauw returns to action on Friday, February 6, when it travels to Birmingham-Southern.
