Tigers Ranked in Top 20 of Both National Polls

pruzin030808.jpgFebruary 17, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. —  The 19-4 Tigers remain ranked in the top 20 of the two national polls released today.

Following a 74-62 loss at Centre, the Tigers slipped four spots to 18th in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll and six places to 20th in the USA Today ESPN Coaches' Poll.

DePauw has at least received votes in 151 of the 152 D3hoops.com polls since the rankings began in 1999 and has earned top 25 status 117 times including in 76 of the last 82 polls.

The Tigers, 10-2 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play, wrap up the home portion of the regular season this weekend as they host fourth-ranked Oglethorpe on Friday at 8 p.m. and Sewanee at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
