Tigers Remain 21st in National Cross Country Poll

team2_2009wccweb.jpgOctober 1, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — After winning the Otterbein Invitational, the Tigers remained 21st in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III rankings.

The Tigers picked up 115 points in the poll and shared the 21st spot with Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Calvin and Johns Hopkins share the top spot with 275 points each, while Washington-St. Louis is third with 266.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, October 10, when it co-hosts the Gibson Family Invitational with Rose-Hulman on October 10 and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on November 14. Both meets are at the Lavern Gibson Cross Country Course at the Wabash Valley Sports Center which is just east of Terre Haute.
