90271February 1, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — "The university is very interested in strengthening ties with the community," Pam Roberts, coordinator for student disability services and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance at DePauw University, tells the Banner-Graphic.  The Greencastle newspaper carries a story about gifts that were delivered yesterday to DePauw's Student Academic Support Services offices by students from Old National Trail (ONT) Special Services Cooperative.  Based in Greencastle, ONT serves area children with special needs.

The article by Jamie Barrand includes photos of handmade paper snowflakes -- which were made by the visitors -- being hung in the offices within Harrison Hall. It points out that the ONT students also received gifts; the DePauw women's volleyball and basketball teams donated t-shirts for the guests.
