Vijay Rao '96 Joins St. Francis Medical Group

July 29, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Vijay Udyavar Rao, M.D., a 1996 graduate of DePauw University, has joined St. Francis Medical Group Indiana Heart Physicians. "He is board-certified in echocardiography, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine," notes the Daily Journal of Johnson County.

The newspaper adds, "Rao received his undergraduate degree at DePauw University, his medical degree and doctorate in molecular and cellular biology at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a residency at Duke University Medical Center."
