Shelley Hunter '88 Joins Harrison College as Associate Provost

103085November 14, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Shelley M. Hunter, a 1988 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed associate provost for student services at Harrison College. She comes to the post from the Indiana University Foundation, where she was special giving programs director and liaison to the chancellor of Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Hunter, who majored in English literature at DePauw, also has experience as assistant vice president and community relations manager for Indiana at Bank One, and also worked for the Indiana Sports Corporation. 

The Indianapolis Star notes, "She is chair of community programs for the 2012 Super Bowl Committee, vice president of the board for College Mentors for Kids, and is a member of the human services 65094committee at the United Way of Central Indiana. Shelley is a mentor for the Norman Brown Diversity and Leadership Program at IUPUI."
